How can I pay for my order?
You may pay for your order with any of the following payment methods: Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order, personal or business checks. Checks can be made payable to Eb's Cookies.
How are the cookies packaged?
In order to ensure freshness, your cookies are packaged moments after they come out of the oven. Cookies are heat-sealed individually with labels to identify the cookie flavor. Shortly after, they are nestled in a soft bed of crinkle paper to protect them during shipping.
I am in the Memphis area, when can I expect my order?
All orders received by 2 pm CST Monday through Thursday are baked fresh the same day and are available for local pickup or delivery on the next day. Orders placed after 2 pm CST on Thursday are available for local pickup or delivery on Tuesday.
How are my cookie shipped, and when can I expect them?
In order to deliver you the freshest cookies possible, we ship your order using USPS Priority shipping methods for all orders within the continental U.S. Your cookies will arrive in 2-3 business days. If you would like next day delivery, give us a call.
Orders ship on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week. Orders received by 2 pm CST will be ship the next day. For example, if your order is received by 2 pm CST on Monday, it will ship on Tuesday. All orders received after 2 pm CST on Thursday will ship on Tuesday.
How fresh are my cookies?
Our cookies are packaged within hours of coming out of the oven, and will always ship within 24 hours of baking. We take pride in creating only the freshest and highest quality cookies for our customers, and that is why each dough and cookie is created to order.
How long will my cookies last?
In the pursuit of creating the most delicious cookies, we have made a pledge to cut no corners. Therefore, we do not use any added preservatives of any kind in any of our recipes. You can expect your cookies to taste fresh-out-of-the-oven for up to two weeks if kept in their packaging and out of the sun. To extend the freshness, you can freeze your cookies. They can remain frozen in their heat-sealed packages for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or use the defrost setting in the microwave and they will taste as fresh as the day you froze it.
Can I choose the mix of cookies?
Variety and uniqueness of flavor is very important to us at Eb's Cookies, and we believe that our customers should try as many flavors as possible. Therefore, you can select up to 2 Flavors for the 1 Dozen Mix box or enjoy the great selection of Supreme Box. The variety of an supreme box is offered for those adventurers looking for the ultimate cookie experience. We combine at least 6 different flavors from our Signature & Classic Menu and the newest and most unique cookie creations of the month. The result is a variety box that will please and surprise any cookie lover’s taste buds.

How safe is ordering online?
We have taken every precaution to protect your billing information and any private information. We do not store any credit card information. Our primary goal is to deliver you the ultimate cookie experience, and we 100% guarantee your satisfaction.
